No Service Charges
We set up a regular schedule based on your needs. Usually, a service once every 4 weeks is necessary. State of the art routing technology is used to ensure that we arrive on the scheduled day of service.
Check, Clean & Sanitize KitsAt every visit, each first aid kit is checked, cleaned and sanitized. A hospital grade cleaner/disinfectant is used to ensure the customer's first aid kits are really clean. Both the inside and outside of the kits are cleaned. This service is included at every visit at no charge to the customer. Organizing ProductsBetween service visits, products can be shifted, removed, depleated, partially used, and expire. During the FAS2000 service visit, we will re-organize and inspect the kit(s) ensuring that each item is in its place, easy to reach and ready to use. Inspect & Replenish SuppliesFAS2000 products are designed for a "single use" to rid the chance of cross contamination from "shared" supplies. On occasion, items in the kits can expire. While FAS2000 purchases "fresh" products, and expiration dates extend out several years, there may be items that will expire if not used. When this happens, the product in question will be discarded and replaced with new current product. Any partially used or open products must be discarded to ensure safety and in some cases, sterility. Analyze Needs /Product RecommendationsThe FAS2000 representative will monitor kit usage, work/environmental conditions and work applications. On occasion, the FAS2000 representative may make recommendations to the customer based on these criteria. Any approved changes will be made to the "Advantage Program" list for future services. Counsel with ContactIn response to our customer's needs, the FAS2000 representative will counsel with the customer regarding changes made to company policy, OSHA inspections or any other information that may affect the requirements of the customer's first aid kit(s). Any approved changes will be made to the "Advantage Program" list for future services at no additional charge. |
